Everest Poker Names Tournament Winners

Everest Poker today announced the winners of the online poker room's weekly $100,000 guaranteed hold em poker tournament. The weekly event, held Sundays at 14:30 GMT, gives players from around the world the chance to compete for their share of $100,000.

"These tournaments offer players at all skill levels the chance to compete for a significant amount of money," said Jonathan May, Everest Poker property manager. "Satellites for this event start at only $11+1, meaning that even players with small bankrolls can get in on the action."

The winners of the most recent poker event are as follows: First place and $20,000 went to Denmark's kl236, with France's macqueen claming second and $12,000. Rounding out the top three was sedialunga from Italy, who walked away from the table with $9,000. The other winners are as follows: Kristiban (Sweden) $7,000; lopitecus (Spain) $5,000; kuruwa (Japan) $3750; BILOU258 (France) $2750; pu001 (Netherlands) $1750; I_NEED_IT (Netherlands) $1500; Bendavis2 (Netherlands) $1250.
