The East Regional will be played at the Bobcat Arena in Charlotte, North Carolina. The number one seed North Carolina is favored by 7.5 points over Washington State. The total has opened at 142.5. Big East representative Louisville is minus 2 over Tennessee with the total set at 146.
The West Regional will be played at US Airways in Phoenix, Arizona. The number one seed UCLA Bruins are 13 point favorites over Western Kentucky who got to the Sweet 16 as a number 12 seed. The total is set at 132. West Virginia and Xavier will matchup in the other game. West Virginia is the lower seed at number 7 but the one point favorite. The total has opened at 134.
The Midwest Regional is being played at Ford Field in Detroit, Michigan. Number one seed Kansas is 11.5, 142 over Villanova who is a number 12 seed. Wisconsin is only 4 points better than 10th seeded Davidson according to the Bookmaker Sportsbook. The total has opened at 126.5.
The South Regional is being played at Reliant Stadium in Houston, Texas where Texas will virtually play a home game against Stanford. Texas is favored by 1.5 and the total is 134.5. The number one seed Memphis Tigers will face the Michigan State Spartans as 5 point favorites and the total is 134.5.
The winners from Thursday and Friday will advance to the Elite 8 and will play Saturday or Sunday with the winners of those matchups advancing to the Final Four.
