Ladbrokes Poker Three are Set to Share $20,000 Sit n Go Jackpot
Monday March 24, 2008
A $20,000 Ladbrokes Poker Sit N Go jackpot prize pool looks set to be shared between just three players in Ladbrokes Poker's first ever Sit n Go promotion. The three, who have all won between 4 & 6 consecutive Sit n Go tournaments at Ladbrokes Poker, have qualified to compete in a special $20,000 single table Freeroll, which will be held at 20.00 on 6th April.
The Freeroll tournament is open to the first ten players who win between four and six consecutive games of online poker at any Ladbrokes Six Seat Jackpot table between now and 31st March. To date, only three winners have successfully achieved the required number of consecutive wins and if no other players succeed before the end of the month, it looks likely that the trio will enjoy a bumper payout of $10,000, $6,000 and $4,000 respectively.
If all ten seats do get taken in the $20,000 Six Seat Jackpot, all ten players will be paid with the winner receiving $6,000.
Edward Ihre MD of Ladbrokes Poker said, "We're known as the home of European Poker and host some of the best cash games and tournaments around. I think the Six Seat Jackpot tables are a great concept although perhaps a little frustrating, as it's harder than you might think to win four to six games in a row. The guys who have already made it, must be hoping that not many more make it through as it's a more exciting prospect to carve up $20,000 between three, rather than ten and all through just playing a few Sit N Go's."
