PartyGaming Plc will release the interim earnings for 2008 on Friday, August 29. The company will hold a conference call at 9:30 am that morning to discuss the financial results.

PartyGaming Plc is an online gaming company. Its main areas of business are online poker and casino. The Company operates Party Poker, Party Casino, Party Bingo, PartyGammon, Party Bets, Gamebookers, Empire Poker and a number of other gaming sites.

The Company operates in three divisions: Poker, Casinoand Sports Betting. Players can choose to compete against each other in online tournaments or on individual tables, ring games. Party Casino is the Company's casino brand, other brands include Casino King and Casino Las Vegas. Each casino offers a variety of different games, including blackjack, roulette, video poker and a variety of different slot machines. It also operates Party Bingo, which offers a variety of online bingo games, as well as three-reel slots and video poker.

On January 19, 2007, it completed the acquisition of Empire Online Limited and Online Gaming Limited.
