There is no law in Canada that is stopping players from playing at any online casinos. Rival Gaming, the Canadian based gambling software manufacturer has decided to no longer accept casino players from their Canadian.

As of February 1st, the Rival Gaming casinos will no longer be accepting any new Canadian players. According to the operators of Cocoa Casino, a Rival Gaming powered casino, existing Canadian players will be able to play with money that is in their accounts for the rest of the week, but can't make new deposits.

In addition, any existing casino players with money left in their accounts after February 28th will not have access to it. Cocoa Casino has informed casino players to pull their money out before that day.

Rival Gaming has received requests from their backers that they stop doing business with Canadian players. Rival Gaming has agreed to these requests and has passed them on to the online casinos they power.

Cocoa Casino and Paradise 8 Casino will definitely follow those standards. We still have not received confirmation from the rest of the Rival Gaming brands like Lion Slots Casino.

Rival Gaming powered casinos will still be accepting new US players. The Canadian move in February has nothing to do with the US or any new online players that may come from the US.
