Foxy Bingo is 'Britain's Biggest Online Bingo Brand

The trade journal monitors the spend and reach of all major UK brands and for the week of 23 March to 28 March 2008 Foxy Bingo was named Britain's No 1 brand, beating brands like The Co-Operative Bank, Walkers Crisps, the NSPCC and Pizza Hut.

Simon Collins, co-founder of Foxy Bingo's parent company, told Bingo News: "Cashcade Ltd are thrilled to learn their marketing expertise and execution culminated in a Ad Watch #1 ranking, it means the Foxy brand has entered the mainstream in the UK this is a significant barrier for any competitors such as Mecca Bingo and it allows for us to work on extending the Foxy offering in the coming years."

The news comes at a time when Cashcade are being looked at for a possible sale by a number of companies. One of Cashcade's largest shareholders, Independent News and Media, are very keen to sell their stake in Cashcade to help pay down debts and a number of bids have been received for Cashcade.

Cashcade runs Foxy Bingo, Cheeky Bingo, Think Bingo, Bingo Scotland and Getminted Casino, as well as running Trinity Mirror's white label operation, Mirror Bingo.
