Bodog Poker Adds $31,000 To Easter Pot

The Bodog Poker is set to celebrate Easter by adding $31,000 to the prize money on offer at five different tournaments beginning tonight.
The Passover Special tournament kicks off Bodog Poker's Easter celebrations and starts tonight at half past eight o'clock in the evening Eastern Standard Time. The $60 buy-in competiton has had $3,000 added to its prize pool and will feature 15-minute levels with 3,000 chips.
On Friday and Saturday, Bodog Poker is offering its Easter Weekend Special with another $3,000 added to the pot for each day. These events will feature 3,000 chips with twelve-minute levels with an identical buy-in and start time to tonight's contest.
The competition will really heat up on Sunday with the Easter Sunday Turbo Hundo tournament, which will have $2,000 added to the prize fund when it starts at two o'clock in the afternoon. The $109 buy-in event will see levels lasting six minutes with 3,000 chips to start. Later that day, Bodog Poker is offering its Easter Sunday Special, which will have a massive $20,000 added to its prize pool. Set to get underway from four o'clock in the afternoon, the $109 buy-in competition will feature 15-minute levels and 3,000 chips.
Bodog Poker also announced that online poker player 'KCannon' took home $23,600 over the weekend after emerging victorious from its Sunday $100,000 Guaranteed tournament.
An ominous 666 players paid the $109 buy-in for a shot at one of the largest prize pools in online poker but competition regular 'KCannon' emerged victorious and clocked up his second win in this tournament in just over a year.
Bodog Poker revealed that it awards more than five million dollars every month in cash prizes and stated that online player 'KoolP456' finished as runner-up to take home $13,600. Online competitor 'kingkai' crashed out in third spot to take home $9,100 followed by 'DrDandy' in fourth for $7,000 and 'hornight12' in fifth for $5,700. Rounding out the final table, 'killer21' held down sixth for $4,500 followed by 'gangstergabe' in seventh for $3,300, '12443267' in eighth for $2,200 and 'Longhorn_99' in ninth for $1,300.
