Posh Bingo Winners Attend British Soap Awards 2009

The Posh Bingo, stylish UK online bingo website carried an bingo promotion where members got the chance to win tickets to the premier TV event, the British Soap Awards 2009. This is one of the most popular among all the British award shows for television and usually has all the A-list celebrities out in large numbers.

Posh Bingo winners Scrit and Graceleigh won this online bingo promotion and had the privilege of attending this ultra swish event with a Champagne Pre Award Reception, the Main Awards Function and of course, the rocking After Show Party with all the stars and celebrities.

Dolled up in their best togs, the online bingo winners walked the red carpet to join their favourite soap stars for champagne and canapes in a bejewelled setting draped in lush red and gold drapery, quite reminiscent of the recently refurbished Posh Bingo website.

Graceleigh and Scrit got to see their favourite TV stars from the biggest Soaps - Eastenders, Doctors, Coronation Street, Hollyoaks, Emmerdale and more. In fact, Graceleigh nearly passed out with happiness on seeing hot and happening actor Robert Kazinsky pick up the Award for the Best Actor for his character Sean Slater in the Eastenders.

Scrit was equally excited to see Barbara Windsor get the Lifetime Achievement Award. There was plenty of whooping and cheering when the Best Soap award was scooped up by Eastenders for the second year running.

After all the wards in various categories had been presented the real fun began with the After Show party. With classic beats by Madness, the mood for this party was set on high. The two Posh Bingo promo winners had the time of their lives splitting Kronenburg cans with Heather Trott and gassing with the McQueen sisters from Hollyoaks. Neither of the bingo winners had ever dreamt of meeting and partying with so many of their favourite TV soap characters and stars. This was an absolutely unbelievable evening for both Graceleigh and Scrit.

The absolute pinnacle of the evening for Graceleigh was meeting the 'bad boys' from the hit series Hollyoaks. She met and chatted with Chris Fountain and Jamie Lomas, who play Justin Burton and Warren Fox, respectively. Though the Hollyoaks team did not grab any awards that evening their party spirits were not dampened in any way. Scrit and Graceleigh had a great time watching the stars party as hard as they could regardless of awards won or not.

Scrit also had some awesome moments at the After Show party. A meeting with show host Philip Schofield was a big moment as was having her picture taken with Nick Hewer from The Apprentice.

Both Posh Bingo winners went home with a head full of memories of an unforgettable evening and a special goodie bag each.
