Full Tilt Poker is teaming up with PokerGives to host a special charity tournament next month that is set to feature numerous top professional players.

Featuring a buy-on of just ten dollars, the charity event will begin from two o'clock in the afternoon New York time on April 4 with half of all funds raised donated to charitable causes.

The host of the World Poker Tour, Mike Sexton, is among those who will be taking part alongside the founder of PokerGives.org, Linda Johnson.

"You will be able to play and chat with many celebrities including Andy Bloch, TJ Cloutier, Jena Delk, Jan Fisher, Susie Isaacs and Eric 'Rizen' Lynch," said Johnson.

"To reward you for your donation, participants will have a shot at winning lots of bonus prizes, which currently have a value of more than $3,900."

To take part, players should visit the tournament lobby at Full Tilt Poker before selecting 'private'. The event is listed in red and has an identification number of 137275439 with the password 'PokerNations'.

There are many prizes up for grabs including sunglasses from Blue Shark Optics, a home game set courtesy of DB Dealer and a one-year subscription to Bluff Magazine. If that weren't enough, players could also win six months of poker coaching from Deuces Cracked along with poker books, card protectors and a $200 gift certificate to Andrew Shirley And Company.
