Monday March 22, 2010
Boylesports could soon add games of virtual bingo to its portfolio after signing a licensing agreement last week with software provider Virtue Fusion Limited.
Alderney-licensed Virtue Fusion is owned by Playtech Limited, the international designer, developer and licensor of software for the online, mobile and land-based gaming industries, and revealed that Boylesports would now utilise its virtual bingo solution while taking advantage of its 'unrivalled European prize pool liquidity'.
"We are delighted to become an online bingo supplier to Boylesports," said Mor Weizer, Chief Executive Officer for Playtech.
"It already benefits from having Playtech for its poker product so taking another best-of-breed service by utilising the Virtue Fusion platform will compliment its portfolio and bring enhanced opportunities."
Virtue Fusion is currently applying for a Maltese licence and won the Best Bingo Software award at the recent Bullet Bingo Summit 2009. It offers a multilingual and multi-currency European network with peak traffic of over 7,000 concurrent players driving over €100 million in total stakes each month.
"As the industry-leading provider of online gaming software, Playtech has a proven track record for supplying fantastic products with great liquidity," said Conor Grant, Head Of Online for parent firm Boylesports Limited.
"We are delighted to be introducing its online bingo through Virtue Fusion to Boylesports."
