Poker Stars Adds Lind and Shcherbakov

Poker Stars has announced the addition of two more players to its sponsored Poker Stars Team Online.

The poker added Dusty 'Leatherass' Schmidt to its roster late last week but has now further strengthened its line-up with the addition of American George 'Jorj95' Lind and Denys 'diatty' Shcherbakov from the Ukraine.

The pair are joining an elite 24-player register that includes top pros such as Thomas 'Boku87' Boekhoff, Grayson 'spacegravy' Physioc, Randy 'nanonoko' Lew and Steve 'stevesbets' Jacobs and will represent Poker Stars at land-based events around the world while also participating online.

Shcherbakov started out on the video games circuit before making the switch to poker in 2005 by opening an account on Poker Stars. After starting at five-dollar sit and go games, he has now earned SuperNova status and is ranked as one of the top players from the Ukraine.

For his part, Lind is a former computer science student that picked up his love of poker at a local casino. He has made two final tables at the World Championship Of Online Poker and processes SuperNova Elite status with three million points amassed in 2008 alone.
