Vegas Partner Lounge Gives Generously for World AIDS Day

World Aids Day is celebrated globally on the first of December, and this year Christmas has come early for an AIDS charity organization in Africa. Vegas Partner Lounge, on behalf of its group of casinos, has donated the munificent amount of $20,000 to the Topsy Foundation.

Vegas Partner Lounge is renowned for its belief in giving back to the community. Other benevolent acts performed by the casino group include donations to assist with relief efforts in Earthquake stricken areas, such as Haiti. Annually, this group gears up during November, and collects funds to donate to a charity on World AIDS Day. This year, the casino group reserved 25% of the profits accumulated on the Video Slot games, Avalon and Adventure Palace. Whilst players would spin on the game, 25% of each wager placed went into a pot where it grew as it waited for delivery. This endeavour ran throughout the month of November, and players were encouraged to participate in the gaming events to "Chip in" and do their share for charity.

The Topsy Foundation was founded in 2000, and works towards the prevention of HIV and AIDS, as well as alleviating the effects that these leave behind. It also addresses the needs of children who are affected by HIV/AIDS and AIDS orphans. Their core belief is that this is a "huge pandemic that is in need of an equivalent response." In addition to saving lives, this organization is helping to build impoverished communities in the hope that the work they do will help build up a community that can better serve itself in generations to come. Vegas Partner Lounge's Group of online casinos has seen fit to donate a charitable amount to this cause, and, with the assistance of their players accumulated $20,000, which was donated today to this organization.
