Boyle Poker Launches International Poker Open Need For Speed

Boyle Poker today announces its International Poker Open Need For Speed promotion, which launches the new fast-fold poker format Speed Poker at the site.

The Need For Speed is giving away four Boyle Poker International Poker Open seats worth €230 each plus 10 IPO Super Satellite tokens worth €22 each to the players who can play the most raked hands on the new Speed Poker tables in a single session between Monday July 30 and Sunday August 12.

Players who wish to participate in this promotion must opt-in by midnight on Sunday July 29 in the Boyle Poker lobby under 'Boyle Poker Exclusives'>'NEED4SPEED'.

The promotion takes place on Boyle Poker's new Speed Poker tables, which allow players to play hundreds of additional hands per hour as they move seamlessly to a new hand as soon as they decide to fold their current cards.

The €230 buy-in Boyle Poker International Poker Open takes place at the Regency Hotel, Dublin, Ireland, from October 19 to 21. It is one of Europe's most unique poker tournaments affording players the opportunity to take part in a large, internationally diverse no-limit hold'em event for a low buy-in.

This year Boyle Poker is adding €20,000 to the prize pool for players who take part in its Extra Cash promotion. From May to October, players who earn a total of 350 loyalty points at Boyle Poker in two single months can win an extra €1,000 at the IPO.

There is also the option to qualify by earning 1,000 iPoints in a single month between June and September.

In 2011 the IPO was won by Dutchman Luke Maartens, who beat 1,387 opponents to lift €51,350.

Players can also qualify for the IPO each Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday at 8 p.m. in a €20+€2 super satellite. They can qualify for these super satellites daily in a freeroll at 7 p.m. and in €5+€0.5 buy in feeder satellites at 6 p.m. and 9 p.m..
