Party Gaming is planning to prove themselves again after their recent 9 million achievement of Gamebookers.
They are now targeting the world renowned, Victor Chandler Group as their next buyout as they plan to expand their operations outside of the United States.
The Victor Chandler Group operates an online casino VC Casino, VC Bet, its own online poker brand VC Poker and has a current.4 billion turnover.
Party Gaming runs the popular, Party Poker, and Party Casino, and they are one of the potential three companies that are trying to take over the online gambling company, Victor Chandler.
As it stands, Party Gaming is the only company that has made their future decisions public, whereas the identities of the other two companies are still unknown.
The Victor Chandler Group has been operating the majority of its business in Asia, and is currently not accepting any bets from the United States.
Party Gaming's online casino poker future development plans include the Asian market, which is one of the reasons why this business decision is a viable option.
Many reports have been circulating regarding the bid, but neither group has officially commented on it.
Negotiations are planned to start early September, and Zues Capital, a corporate finance firm, has been brought in by Victor Chandler to evaluate the offers.
